Terms of service

Effective date: 16 June 2026
Last updated: 16 June 2026

Welcome to Boneroshop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and BLUESTONE ECOM LTD (trading as Boneroshop) and govern your use of our website at https://www.boneroshop.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our Site or place an order.

1. About us

This Site is operated by BLUESTONE ECOM LTD ("Boneroshop", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company name: BLUESTONE ECOM LTD

  • Company number: 17105446
  • Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
  • Email: support@boneroshop.com
  • Phone: +44 20 8040 0104

You can contact us at any time using the details above.

2. Who can use our Site and place an order

To place an order on Boneroshop, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing your order
  • Have a valid delivery address within the United Kingdom (we currently ship to the United Kingdom only)
  • Have a valid payment method that you are authorised to use

If we discover that you do not meet these requirements, we may cancel your order and refund any payment received.

3. Account registration

You do not need to create an account to place an order with us. You can checkout as a guest. If you choose to use Shop Pay or any other express checkout option, a Shopify account may be created or linked under separate terms provided by Shopify Inc. — see Shopify's Terms of Service at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms.

4. Our products

We make every effort to display our products accurately on our Site, including colour, material, and design details. However:

  • Product images are intended to be representative. Slight variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to your screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of leather and other materials.
  • Specifications, sizing, and product details are provided for guidance and may be updated from time to time.
  • Stock availability is updated regularly. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment made for that product.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices on our Site are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Boneroshop currently operates below the UK VAT registration threshold and is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you choose not to proceed, we will refund any payment received for the affected product.

6. How to place an order

To place an order, add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your delivery information, choose a shipping method, and select a payment method.

Submitting your order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the products at the prices and terms set out at checkout. We are not obliged to accept your offer, and a binding contract is only formed when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

7. Our acceptance of your order

After you submit your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order.

We will send you a separate Order Confirmation email once we have accepted your order and dispatched your items. The contract between you and us is formed at this point.

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) the following reasons:

  • A product is unavailable or out of stock
  • A pricing or product description error
  • Your payment is declined or cannot be processed
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • You do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in section 2
  • Delivery is not possible to the address you provided
  • Any other reasonable business reason

If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment received for the cancelled items.

8. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay)
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Shop Pay Installments (Buy-Now-Pay-Later via Shop Pay)
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna (Buy-Now-Pay-Later — see Section 9)

All payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

If your payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel your order and notify you. You agree to pay all costs we reasonably incur in recovering unpaid amounts from you.

9. Klarna Buy-Now-Pay-Later

If you choose Klarna as your payment method, Klarna Bank AB will become the provider of the payment service and the terms of your payment with Klarna are governed by Klarna's own terms and conditions and privacy policy, available at https://www.klarna.com/uk/. You will be subject to a credit check by Klarna. Boneroshop does not control the terms or outcome of any Klarna assessment.

10. Delivery

Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard UK delivery: 6 to 9 business days from order
  • Orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse in Northamptonshire by ShipBob, our fulfilment partner
  • Delivery is provided by carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received full payment.

For full delivery details, including delivery costs and timing, please see our Shipping Policy.

11. Your right to cancel under UK consumer law

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending a clear statement to support@boneroshop.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

We will refund the price you paid for the cancelled goods (including the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error.

This statutory right is in addition to our 30-day return window (see Section 12 and our Refund Policy).

12. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Beyond your statutory right to cancel, we also offer a 30-day return window for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Product warranty and consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply to you must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If a product you receive does not meet these standards, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances and how long it has been since you received the goods.

These statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited. To make a claim, please contact us at support@boneroshop.com.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law (including your statutory rights as a consumer)

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, or any loss of profit, business, or anticipated savings, arising from your use of our Site or our products.

15. Our intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, product descriptions, and the Boneroshop name and branding — is owned by or licensed to BLUESTONE ECOM LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Use any of our branding, product imagery, or descriptions for commercial purposes
  • Use any automated tool (such as a scraper or bot) to extract content from the Site

16. User reviews and customer content

If you submit a product review, rating, photo, or other content through our Site (for example, via the Vitals review feature), you confirm that:

  • The content is your own original work and is accurate
  • You have the right to submit the content and grant us a licence to use it
  • The content is not unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on any third party's rights

You grant Boneroshop a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and reproduce your content in connection with our Site, marketing, and product pages.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content at our discretion, including content that we consider misleading, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms.

17. Acceptable use of the Site

When using our Site, you agree:

  • Not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our customer data
  • Not to introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Not to misuse, harass, or abuse our customer service team
  • Not to copy or harvest content, customer information, or product data from the Site for any commercial purpose

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

18. Events outside our control (force majeure)

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) extreme weather, strikes, transport disruption, supply shortages, cyberattacks, government action, or epidemics.

If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the impact and your options.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, our services, applicable law, or industry practice. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

The Terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We recommend you check these Terms regularly.

20. Other important information

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other terms we refer you to during the ordering process, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your order. They replace any earlier agreement, understanding, or arrangement between us.

No waiver: If we do not enforce a right or remedy under these Terms, that does not mean we waive it.

Third party rights: A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term.

21. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, your order, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
